Our Consultation Services
The first step in the assessment of your sleep disorder is a consultation visit with our physician. Our doctor will ask many questions during your consultation focusing on sleep routines, work schedule, other medical problems influencing sleep, medications, and family history in order to optimize the care you will receive. If your bed partner or someone who observes you sleeping can accompany you to your appointment, they can also provide valuable insight into your sleep patterns and behaviors. This assessment will take about 45 minutes to complete, so plan your visit accordingly.
